| Content： |
1. To properly handle management fee payments overdue from enterprises
located within the park in violation of Article 33 of the Act for
Establishment and Administration of Science Parks, and to ensure
fairness in enforcement and enhance public credibility, the Hsinchu
Science Park Bureau under the National Science and Technology Council
hereby formulates these Fine Determination Criteria.
2. The “payment deadline” mentioned in these Fine Determination Criteria
refers to the time limit prescribed in Paragraph 1, Article 29 of the
Act for Establishment and Administration of Science Parks.
3. The Fine Determination Criteria are as follows:
| 1. Fines |
1. Where payment is overdue by less than one month past the payment deadline, a fine of NT$6,000 shall be imposed. |
| 2. Where payment is overdue by one month or more but less than three months past the payment deadline, a fine of NT$15,000 shall be imposed. |
| 3. Where payment is overdue by three months or more but less than six months past the payment deadline, a fine of NT$30,000 shall be imposed. |
| 2. Suspension of import and export of goods |
1. Where payment is overdue by less than three months past the payment deadline, the import and export of goods shall be suspended for one month. |
| 2. Where payment is overdue by over three months but less than six months past the payment deadline, the import and export of goods shall be suspended for two months. |
| 3. Where payment is overdue by over six months but less than one year past the payment deadline, the import and export of goods shall be suspended for three months. |
| 4. Where payment is overdue by over one year the payment deadline, the import and export of goods shall be suspended for four months. |
| 3. Underpayment |
Where the management fee has not been paid in full by the payment deadline, the unpaid portion shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the preceding Paragraphs 1 and 2. |
